Terms & Conditions

  1. Please don't distribute the source code of the project. You can privately fork and mirror it but please don't make the source code public, this includes reselling the project, as it would counteract the sponsorware strategy and make the future development of the project less meaningful. You may freely use it for public, private or commercial use at your own risk.

  2. Please do not share the project files with anyone outside of your team. You may allow limited access to your developer and/or team, but they should be bound by the same terms and conditions as you. This includes the restriction on public sharing or distribution of the source code or any files related to the project.

  3. Please respect the licensing of the project as it helps in identifying legitimate users using the project. The act of removing or manipulating the licensing verification system results into a permanent ban from the project.

  4. Please do not ask assistance or help regarding the project on forums or third party websites because this is a private project. Please always rely on our support and Discord community to solve your problems or questions.

  5. Sponsoring the project is not mandatory, but it helps its future development.

  6. The final cost of the project and its sponsorship is subject to change. Any adjustments may occur due to sales fluctuations or modifications made to the project's content. Therefore, the initial estimates provided for the project's pricing and sponsorship are not final and may be revised based on changes in sales or alterations to the project's content.

  7. If you cancel your sponsorship, you're automatically removed as a collaborator and will miss out on all future updates of the project. However, you may use the latest version that's available to you as long as you like. Just remember that you will only be removed from the repository the moment you stop sponsoring it.

  8. If you stop sponsoring the project during a given month and decide to sponsor again, there will be a higher fee to regain access to the repository. This is to keep up with previous updates and not leave any injustice to the users of the project.

  9. Please respect any final decision of the maintainer regarding the project.
