As the sole developer and maintainer of this project, I am committed to provide you with the best support possible.

The project is designed to offer you a solid foundation to build upon and create your own server, with access to all the necessary resources to help you succeed.

We, as a community are always available to answer your questions and provide guidance on how to use the project to meet your needs. Whether you have a technical issue or need help with a specific feature, we are here to help you.

The project has a thriving community on Discord where you can connect with other people and get help with any issues you may encounter. We are always monitoring the Discord channel to ensure that your questions are answered promptly.

The main support channels of the project are in GitHub and our Discord Server.

Maintainer Support

Support is here to help you with any issues related to the project. This includes help with installation, configuration and troubleshooting. However, I cannot provide extensive customization or development services for each individual client.

Response Times

Being the sole developer and maintainer of the project sometimes it's hard to keep track of time and handle many people's questions and requests.

However, we strive to provide prompt and efficient support to all our users. Response times vary depending on the complexity of the issue but we aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours.

Installation Support

Although the project includes all necessary documentation and guidance for installing it on your environment, we are pleased to offer free installation for first-time sponsors.

If you require installation assistance again, there will be a fee of 10€ per request. We recommend referring to the available resources before seeking installation help and only contacting the maintainer if you encounter issues. This will help ensure that the maintainers time is used efficiently and that users are empowered to use the project independently.

  1. Support is only focused on addressing issues related to the projects base. If you have implemented a new system or made a change in your project we are not accountable to support you with any eventual problems that you might encounter. 

  2. The maintainer cannot add, remove or customize anything in your own project. Each client is accountable for there own changes and plans on developing their project. 

  3. Avoid sending direct messages to the maintainer. You will most likely find the answers you need in our Discord community. Only consider sending a help request to the maintainer if really needed.
